One of the many outstanding Cognacs that were produced in the mid-1960s, this edition is present by famed independent bottlers Hermitage. It’s a sublime expression crafted from Ugni Blanc grapes (and possibly Folle Blanche grapes, too) from the Petite Champagne region. It was distilled back in 1968 in a medium sized still and aged initially in new oak for a short period of between 46 months before it was transferred to old oak casks to continue maturation.
