This one will focus heavily on the use of top quality Mizunara wood for maturing, resulting in a creamy, aromatic expression that delivers a lively, fruity tasting experience backed up by a unique and elegant array of spices. Nose: Green apple, mature pear, acacia honey with a hint of vanilla.

Palate: Clean, velvety and mild, with delicate butterscotch notes.

Finish: Oaky woodiness with subtle sweetness.
