This unique Rye is a collaboration between French Alpine distillery Domaine des Hautes Glaces and Xavier Padovani from Experimental Cocktail Club, a cocktail bar in Paris. This release is named after famous poet Marcus Vulson De La Combire. This expression is triple-distilled and made from organic rye after a very long fermentation process (120 hours).

Vulson White Rhino French Rye Spirit | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: A clean nose showing aromas of crisp apples, sweet spices and cereal.

Palate: The palate is pleasantly sweet for an unaged spirit, still boasting some serious spiciness with cloves, cinammon & anise but also some mellow notes of honey and plum.

Finish: Don’t expect a very long finish here, but definitely a spicy one!
