This whisky is a part of the Signatory Vintage Distillery Collection, which is a series of rare and exclusive whiskies from some of Scotland’s oldest and most respected distilleries. This particular whisky was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022. It was matured for 12 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, giving it a complex flavor profile. The aroma of this whisky is that of toffee, honey, and dried fruits, while the palate is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toffee, and oak. It has a medium-long finish with a hint of smoke and a hint of sweetness.
