Nose: Fragrant fruits, namely pears, peaches and citrus, mingle with fresh smoke.

Palate: Orange zest and toasted nuts, sweet caramel, and gently gristy peat smoke.

Finish: Baking spices, wafts of cinnamon and vanilla with rich oak and lingering, gently smoky whispers of peat.
