applewood smoke on the finish. In 2018, Iron Smoke was rated a 95.5 in Jim Murrays
Whiskey Bible and in 2019, was listed in Forbes Magazine as one of the 10 Best Bourbons Beyond Kentucky.

Iron Smoke Distillery is a New York State
certified farm distillery- all our grains and water are sourced from New York State, and more specifically from the glacier formed Finger Lakes region within 50 miles of the distillery. Iron Smoke Distillery has its own
hammermill on its 21,000 square foot distillery in Fairport, NY, to ensure the freshest mash bill for our artisanal distillation process. Fresh ground grains means a delicious product. Iron Smoke Distillery currently produces fives whiskeys throughout the
