A 2006 Tomatin single malt from indie bottler Single Cask Nation, matured in a single second-fill ex-bourbon barrel for 12 years, before being bottled in August 2019. Aromas of wild flowers, golden apples, yellow mulberries, ripe berries, rich malt and ginger fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dark chocolate, sweet malt, honey-drizzled plums, lemon oil and crushed almonds.
