The whisky is a single malt from the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull and it was distilled in 1972. It was matured for 33 years in oak casks before being bottled at cask strength of 49% ABV. This whisky has a deep golden color and a nose of honey, toffee, and caramel with hints of sherry and oak. The taste is complex and mellow, with notes of malt, dried fruits, and oak.
