Bottled in 2014, this whisky has been aged for 38 years in a combination of refill American oak and ex-Sherry casks. This whisky has a proof of 119.6 and a deep amber color. On the nose, the whisky has a warm, woody aroma of spices, dried fruit, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the whisky is smooth and creamy with notes of dried fruit, toasted oak, and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smoke and a touch of sweetness.
