A rare 10 yr old malt from Shinobu Distillery in Japan’s north-coastal mountains: hot summers, cold winters, exotic aging in spicy Mizunara oak. Perfumed nose, apple, lemon and licorice. Full-bodied with honey and almond notes.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Delicate, Cinnamon, Pepper, Balanced.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
