The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve is sweet, tropical twist on the original Glenlivet, a non-age statement single malt selectively finished in barrels that previously held Caribbean Rum, delivering a sweet & smooth taste profile. The Glenlivet whiskies, from Speyside, Scotland are known for is smooth texture. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josies Well helps form the flavors during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character to all of their whiskies.

Nose: Sweet notes of pear and red apple meet a fabulous tropical twist of ripe bananas in syrup.

Palate: Rich caramel toffee notes, followed by flavors of tropical fruits.

Finish: Well balanced and exceptionally smooth.

Distillery Information

The Glenlivet distillery is a distillery near Ballindalloch in Moray, Scotland that produces single malt Scotch whisky. It is the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet, and the production place of the Scottish whisky of the same name. It was founded in 1824 and has operated almost continuously since.
