It was distilled in 1959 at the Teaninich distillery in the Highlands of Scotland, and then bottled by Italian independent bottler, Samaroli, in 1981. It is a rich, complex whisky with a nose of dried fruit, wood spices, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the whisky reveals notes of toffee, honey, and a hint of leather.
