This single malt Scotch whiskey from Teaninich distillery has been aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail for its Connoisseurs Choice range. On the nose, this whiskey has aromas of sweet dried fruit, toffee and spice. On the palate, these notes are complemented by flavours of caramel, oak and a hint of pepper. The finish is smooth and lingering with a hint of smokiness.
