Bottled in 2019 by Signatory Vintage, this 11 year old expression is non chill-filtered and bottled at a strength of 46% abv. On the nose, this whisky has sweet and fruity aromas including honey, apples, pears and notes of butterscotch. The palate offers a sweet and spicy profile, with notes of honey, toffee, apples and caramel. The finish is long and slightly spicy, with a lingering sweetness.
