Aged for a minimum of nine years in refill American oak hogsheads, Douglas Laing’s Old Particular Talisker 9 Year Old is a smoky and sweet single malt Scotch whisky. On the nose, this whisky has aromas of brine and bonfire smoke with hints of dried fruits, while the palate is characterized by notes of black pepper, heather honey and a touch of peaty smoke. The finish is long and sweet with notes of toffee and smoky spices.
