Talisker 30 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky that was released in 2017 by the Scottish whisky distillery Talisker. It is a limited edition bottling and one of the oldest whiskies in Talisker’s range. The whisky is matured in American oak barrels and ex-bourbon barrels, giving it a smooth and complex flavor with a hint of smoky peat. The whisky has notes of dried fruits, toffee, and spices, as well as a hint of sea salt. This whisky is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the flavors.
