FINISHED IN OLOROSO SHERRY CASKS, includes a maturation stage in oak casks that previously held Oloroso Sherry, a fortified wine from the Jerez region of Spain. This specificity brings elegant notes of red fruits, currants, figs, dates, cooked and candied fruits.
