After being matured in hand-selected new American oak casks, the bourbon is bottled at 90 proof. Look for notes of charred oak, vanilla, honey, tobacco, star anise, and black pepper. The whiskey won a Bronze Medal from the American Distilling Institute in 2020.

Nose: The nose opens with aromas of vanilla, honey, fruit, and charred oak.

Palate: The palate is mellow with prominent vanilla, caramel, tobacco, star anise, black pepper, and hints of stone fruits.

Finish: The finish is medium in length.
