Shortcross Gin is made by Northern Irish craft gin distillery, Rademon Estate. This small batch gin is made using their custom made still, which features a 450 litre copper pot still and two enrichment columns. Using intriguing botanicals like fresh apple, elderberry and wild clover, as well as juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia, they produce a vibrant, floral style of gin that befits savouring it neat, as well as enjoying with tonic.Why not try a Shortcross Elderflower Collins?- 50ml Shortcross Gin- 20ml Elderflower Liqueur- 30ml Fresh lemon juice- A dash of Sugar Syrup- Soda/Sparkling water- Fresh sprig of mintCombine Shortcross Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Half fill a tall glass with ice and pour in cocktail mixture. Top up with soda water and stir gently, then serve with a sprig of mint. Refreshing and delicious!
