Matured in refill American oak hogsheads for 29 years, this whisky has a golden amber colour and a nose of toasted malt, honeycomb and hints of citrus. The palate is smooth and creamy, with notes of rich dried fruits, vanilla and butterscotch, and a light spiciness in the background. The finish is long and warming, with a gentle spiciness lingering.
