Santanera Organic Blanco Tequila undergoes a secret distillation process. The spirit is double and triple distilled, and rested for 60 days at controlled temperature, and subjected to the music of Bach and Beethoven to deliver a characteristic sweetness to the tequila. Santanera lots are unique and originate from a single “Terroir”. They only use agaves from a well defined and homogeneous geographical area. For this reason you will always find a detail on the bottle of how it was created.

Santanera Organic Blanco Tequila Tasting Notes

Nose: Mild herbal impact, some soft botanicals, and citrus.

Palate: Begins with a mineral note that remains at the tip of the tongue to soften the sweetness of cooked agave and vanilla. Evolves with botanical nuances, palate is layered with menthol, fresh anise, cucumber skin, lime peel.

Finish: Culminates with a subtle olive and almond note that contrasts with a hint of crystal chili.
