This Caribbean rum hasn’t just been through any old maturation, but after initially ageing in the Caribbean, the spirit was treated to a secondary ageing in Majorca, in Bodegas Suau’s brandy barrels. Alongside tropical fruity notes, there’s dried fruit and dark chocolate in there too.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: Lots of dried fruit, with dark treacle notes, dusty cocoa and dark chocolate, with juicy fresh stone fruit.

Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
