Now it has been recreated, and it’s definitely not sold as a medicine this time, but rather as a tasty tipple for using in cocktails and mixed drinks. Featuring spirits from the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, and Barbados, alongside a host of spices, it offers up plenty of fruit-forward notes, with a crackle of heat.
