Plantation Rum Trinidad 2009 Duvel Barrel Aged is a molasses based rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited, column distilled. It was matured for 10 years in bourbon casks in a tropical climate. Then he went to France, to Ferrand cognac barrels, where he spent a year. Finally, for 11 months of maturation, it was placed in barrels of Belgian Duvel beer.
