Plantation Rum Trinidad 2008 Chardonnay Cask Finish is a molasses based rum produced by Trinidad Distillers Limited. Distilled in a column still, matured first in the tropics, in bourbon barrels for 11 years. Then it went to France, in Ferrand cognac casks, for another year. Finally, it was poured into Chardonnay casks from Chablis for one more year.
