Single cask rum from the Plantation Rum range, made with a combination of spirits from Jamaica and Barbados. Initially aged in bourbon oak, it was transferred over to a Maison Ferrand French oak cask for a year, and then finally over to a Cteaux du Layon wine cask for another year before eventually being bottled at 46.5% ABV.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: Fresh green grapes and vibrant pineapple, a slow build of rich mahogany and toasty spices, vanilla pod, and tobacco.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
