Plantation Rum Jamaica 1998 Bourbon Maturation is a molasses based rum produced at the Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica. Distilled in a column apparatus, first matured for 20 years in the tropics, in bourbon barrels. Then he went to France, for 2 years in Ferrand cognac casks. Finally, it was transferred to Bardstown Fusion Series bourbon casks for 10 months.
