Plantation Black Cask Double Aged is a unique rum that is crafted from a blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana, and Jamaica. It is then aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months before being transferred to cognac casks for a minimum of 12 months. This extra aging gives the rum a deep, rich flavor, with notes of vanilla, oak, caramel, toffee, and spice.
