The first-ever white rum from Plantation is named for three rum-producing stars of the Caribbean: Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad. The blend features unaged rums from Barbados and Jamaica, a 3-year-old rum from Trinidad and a 12-year Jamaican rum. Each rum brings their respective islands distinctive flavors and characteristics to the blend, from the lighter, refined Trinidadian rum to the funkier, full-bodied Jamaican rums. Any color from the aging process has been removed via carbon filtration before bottling.

Nose: The nose introduces the three stars with ripe banana, tropical fruit, brown sugar and subtle coffee notes.

Palate: The palate continues with more fruit, vanilla, orange zest, and a touch of hogo with a bit of viscosity.

Finish: The floral finish offers more vanilla, sugarcane and spice notes.

Distillery Information

The 1990s see Alexandre Gabriel combing the Caribbean in search of the best rums of the region. Plantation is born: an artisanal range of rums from the great terroirs of the tropics. Fifteen years of dedicated rum-making later, in 2012, Alexandre is awarded Master Blender in the Worlds Best rum awards, wins the prestigious GOLDEN BARREL AWARD and was named Distiller of the Year by THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE.
