Peak Japanese Whiskey is a small batch, craft whiskey that was born from the vision of two friends, Patrick “Toshi” Takahashi and Erik Lorincz. With no experience in the spirits industry, the two were able to source the best ingredients and, with the help of a world-class distiller, create an award-winning whiskey. Peak Japanese Whiskey is triple distilled and made from 100% organic, non-GMO, domestically grown rice. This whisky is not too sweet, not too dry, but just right.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
