This expression is a blend of pot still rum, distilled from sugarcane juice, and column still rum, distilled from molasses. After being blended and aged for 5 years in ex-bourbon casks, the rum gets infused with chocolate habanero peppers and sweet orange peels.

Nose: The nose is smoky and spicy with bright citrusy aromas balanced by peppery spice aromas.

Palate: Sweetness and smoke kickstart the palate with a mellow touch of heat, culminating in a balanced finish with sweet citrus, smoked chili, wood, and pleasantly tingling spice.
