Old Hamer Straight Bourbon Barrel Strength is the product of a distiller who wanted to give bourbon lovers the same flavor they would get from tasting the original Old Hamer before it was distilled. Using his own private stock of bourbon barrels, the distiller aged his bourbon for six years before releasing it. The product has a perfect balance of sweetness and smokiness, making it an excellent choice for any bourbon lover.

Nose: On the nose, sweet notes of caramel and vanilla lead with a pleasant underbelly of cinnamon and nuts, citrus peel, and clove.

Palate: On the palate, caramel and vanilla lead with roasted nuts, cardamom, and oak spice.

Finish: The finish fades from sweeter flavors into oak spice.
