This lovely little liqueur comes from Spirit of Ilmington in the Cotswolds. Local apples are used to make cider, which is then distilled to produce a tasty dry gin this gin is combined with a damson gin liqueur, then infused with natural almond flavour and sweet ripe cherries from the nearby Vale of Evesham. This abundance of fruity influence creates a gloriously juicy tipple, warming and sweet it’s a delight to sip neat and should taste great mixed with lemonade too!

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
