A 2005 Folle Blanche Grande Champagne Cognac from Domaine Michel Forgeron, matured for 16 years in French oak barrels before being bottled in October 2021. Aromas of acacia honey, cedar wood and dried fruit fill the nose, complemented by notes of spicy oak, star anise, cumin, dried fruit and cigars throughout the palate.
