It was made on the basis of molasses and cane honey, distilled in three types of traditional alembics in 2011. It was matured in American oak casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and was bottled in 2020. Limited edition to 8569 bottles. In its bouquet we will find accents of vanilla, yeast dough, vanilla, honey, spices, caramel and oak.

Nose: Refreshing aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
