They grow and harvest the finest blue Agave in the heart of the tequila valley, cook them at peak maturation in traditional brick ovens then carefully distill them in copper pot stills before aging in French and American Oak barrels then blending with a smooth aged anejo matured in ex cognac barrels. This silky smooth tequila is subtly flavored with notes of oak, vanilla coffee and chocolate.
