Isautier 15 Small Batch is a molasses-based rum, column distilled and matured in French oak barrels. It is a mixture of the contents of three barrels. These were cognac barrels and those previously used to mature local rum. Distilled in May 2007, it was bottled in March 2022 by the Italian bottler Velier. Limited edition to 991 bottles.
