This dry gin is produced in Brittany, and takes inspiration from the voyagers who set sail from there in the 1600s, opening up new trading routes with the Far East. An array of 17 different botanicals are combined through maceration and distillation and sourced from organic growers throughout Brittany, Europe, and Asia. Aromatic spices such as cardamom, cubeb pepper, Ceylon, and cinnamon tangle with local Breton flora and fauna such as liquorice, angelica and elderberry, with a bright balance of citrus zest and ginger bringing it all together. Great for sipping, fab with tonic and should stand out well in cocktails too!
