Heather is accompanied by wild thyme, red clover, blackthorn, bilberry, and rock samphire for a very well balanced gin with a good dose of floral, herbal, and gently coastal character. Serve with tonic over plenty of ice, garnish with fresh herbs and pink grapefruit.
