Golden Moon Principium Colorado Single Malt Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose has caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, smoke, and toffee notes.

Palate: It’s smooth and warm on the palate with butterscotch, wood, chocolate, pepper, and a touch of orange zest.

Finish: Finishes sweet with caramel, vanilla & chocolate, and oak notes.

Founded in 2008 by Stephen Gould and Karen Knight in Golden, Colorado, the Golden Moon Distillery focuses on hand-crafted spirits and liqueurs.
