This Grappa di Barbaresco is made with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the family’s vineyards. Grape pomace is fermented and slowly distilled to extract layers of complex character this is crisp and fruity, great for sipping but would work wonderfully in some Italian coffee-based cocktails!
