This mezcal is a single-estate mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave, grown in the hills of Oaxaca. The Espadin is a wild variety of agave that has a unique texture and flavor, known for its earthy and smoky notes. The Mezcal is then distilled twice in copper pot stills and matured in oak barrels for 6 months. Tobala Mezcal is a 100% Espadin agave mezcal made from the Oaxaca hills. The mezcal is distilled twice in copper pot stills and aged in oak barrels for 6 months.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
