Espadin is the first mezcal made in Spain in over 100 years. It is made from 100% Espadin agave and is then rested in small oak barrels for two years. It is then filtered through large spanish white oak barrels and finally it is bottled in the old traditions of Spain. The Tobala Ensamble Mezcal is a single barrel mezcal that is made from the Espadin agave.
