Here we have the second release of rum from Fiji bottled as part of 1423’s Single Barrel Selection! This one began its life at South Pacific Distillery in 2009, and the pot still rum matured in a single cask until February 2020. Eventually it was bottled up in Denmark, with 253 bottles released at a healthy 57% ABV.
