Its made in small batches at Filipe Sousas micro distillery in Manchester, named after the leap of faith the Portuguese native took in 2015 when he relocated with his family to the UK to chase his dream of opening a distillery. His hard work has paid off. This is great in a cocktail or as an aperitif with tonic.
