Rum Explorer Trinidad is a rum from the Angostura distillery in Trinidad. It is a molasses rum, distilled in a column apparatus. Aged in bourbon and Madeira casks for 3 and 5 years. Finally, already in France, it ended up in cognac barrels for the final stage of maturation.
