The family run estate grows its own agave and ensures traditional methods throughout the production process. This particular expression is made with the Tobal agave, which takes a whopping 12-15 years to reach maturation. This is patience in a bottle right here, and oh it was worth the wait!

Nose: Bright notes of citrus zest balance roasted, juicy agave, and green hits of menthol and pine.

Palate: Festive spice cradles soft smoke with a silky texture throughout.

Finish: Lingering finish.
