The highlands of Jalisco provide a high altitude, low humidity environment that is perfect for the growth of the blue agave plant. El Pozo Blanco Tequila is triple distilled to provide the best quality. The three distillations are done in copper pot stills and this helps to keep the tequila as pure as possible.
