The result is wonderfully herbaceous, but with a good helping of red fruit influence for balance.

Eccentric Limbeck Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Vanilla pod, ginger heat, a good whack of oily juniper, red grapes and dried fruit, orange oil.

Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
