What we do know is that it’s from the Island region, was distilled in 2007, and kept in a quarter cask for 13 years before bottling.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
